    The NORTHLAND /SOUTHFIELD thing always was interesting to me too. Just doesn't sound right. About the photo.... remember the days when "ladies dressed up to shop" and it was an event!

    Looks like this phot was taken inside Hudson's. That's the only part of the mall that was muiti-level back then. I love escalator shots like this. Hell, I love escalators!

    Most of the time nowadays when you do see "ladies" dressing up for shopping it's usually something godawful that they should not have paid money for in the first place. LOL
