That's a rather interesting building design. Most stores (only 4-5 of them) I've seen that were built during JCPenney's "Penneys" era had mostly plain, blocky design elements.

I love that old logo.
While at lunch, an older woman stopped to ask where Penney's was. The guy I was with said "What's Penney's?"
Guess it's "JC Penney" now.

Cool looking old store. Penney's didn't utilize arch motifs often, but they usually did pretty well with them.

That old logo Penney's logo was really cool. Their new logo and stores are really boring...how do they stay in business?

Should be noted their "new" logo has been around since the late 70's I think.

Yeah, the 'new' logo dates from 1971 and is just as nice as the old logo, if a bit less distinctive.
