Sunvalley Mall
Concord, California - 1960's
I love this shot! Very pretty interior with some nice colors. Plus, I think their logo in the upper-left corner is kind of nifty, too! Here's Sunvalley's current website.
I have that same postcard on my site http://www.bigmallrat.com/shopping-malls/cities/concord/sunvalley-mall.html This tiny portholes to the first floor were understated, at best. When you were downstairs, it was easy to forget there was another level above you. Who remembers the bird cages that went up to the ceiling? Also, the black fountain in the center court?
