That was probably going to be the actual name of a mega-mall, as they planned to build it in Deerfield Twp. on Mason-Montgomery Rd, north of I-71. They ended up building Deerfield Town Center, an open-air "lifestyle center" (b.k.a. dressed-up strip mall). Still, Borgman made a good point.

LOVE that. They do it with housing developments all the times, why not commercial? Ah, the irony of these United States.
