I spent weeks trying to find the retro Penneys font on the web, got fed up and created my own. If you're a nerd like me, you can download it at
http://www.fontriver.com/font/penneys/
It's not perfect, but it doesn't the trick.
1969? It looks like it could be 2006. This is PROOF we've been set back 35 years by the current administration! :)

Sean, nice work with the fonts. But, the when I try to open the ZIP, an error reads "Cannot open file, it does not appear to be a valid archive." Maybe the ZIP is corrupt :(

Hmm... I'm not sure what's wrong, I downloaded it again and didn't have a problem(but that doesn't mean anything) Does anyone know what's wrong on either end?

Omigod how funny. I have this Penneys catalog! Its really fun! What I find amazing (or maybe I am just cheap) There are some prices that I wouldnt want to pay for items and this catalog is 37 years old
